These terms apply to all products bought from Wild Grid Studio. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. About Us

Wild Grid Studio is an independent digital art studio. We create printable wall art and 4K TV art, sold as digital downloads through our Etsy shop.

2. Our Products

  • All our products are digital files. Nothing physical is printed or shipped.
  • Each listing states exactly which files, aspect ratios and sizes are included. Please check this before you buy.
  • 4K TV art is a screen file made for compatible 16:9 displays, such as art-mode TVs. It is not a printable product. Please check that your TV or display supports displaying your own images.
  • Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, printer, paper and ink.
  • Room photos and frames in our listings are for illustration only and are not included.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are placed and paid for on Etsy. Etsy's own terms of use also apply to your purchase. Prices and any taxes, such as VAT, are shown and calculated by Etsy at checkout.

4. Downloads and Delivery

  • Your files are available as soon as Etsy confirms your payment. You can download them from your Etsy account under Purchases and reviews, or from the link in your Etsy confirmation email.
  • Some larger bundles include a PDF with a download link to the full set of files. Open the PDF and follow the link to download everything.
  • Please keep a copy of your files. You can download them again from Etsy at any time.

5. Licence and Copyright

All artwork remains the copyright of Wild Grid Studio. When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files.

You may:

  • Print the artwork for your own home, or as a gift, as many times as you like.
  • Have it printed by a print shop or online printing service for your personal use.
  • Display TV art on your own screens.

You may not:

  • Share, resell or give away the digital files, whether for money or for free.
  • Upload the files to any website, file-sharing service, marketplace or social media for others to download.
  • Sell prints, or use the artwork on products for sale, including print-on-demand items.
  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes, including in business premises, advertising or branding, without our written permission.
  • Claim the artwork as your own, or use it to train AI models.

6. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, through Etsy messages or by email, if:

  • A file is faulty, corrupted or won't open.
  • You received the wrong file.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

We will send a working replacement or, where that isn't possible, arrange a refund through Etsy.

Customers in the EU and UK: by completing your purchase and starting the download, you agree to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty.

7. International Customers

Our products are available worldwide. As nothing is shipped, there are no shipping costs or customs charges. Any local taxes are calculated by Etsy at checkout.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for print quality, which depends on your printer, paper, ink or print service.
  • We are not responsible if your TV or display cannot show your own images. Please check compatibility before you buy.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Wild Grid Studio is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws in your own country. If a problem can't be resolved directly with us, you can also use Etsy's case system or an official consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
