As soon as Etsy confirms your payment, your files are ready. Sign in to Etsy, go to You > Purchases and reviews, and click Download files next to your order. You’ll also find a link in your Etsy confirmation email. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in that email.

Larger bundles include a PDF with a download link, because the full set is too big for Etsy’s file limits. Open the PDF, click the link, and download the whole folder to your computer.

Yes. Your purchase stays in your Etsy account, so you can download the files again at any time from Purchases and reviews.

Each print comes in several aspect ratios, so it fits a wide range of standard frame sizes. Pick the file that matches the ratio of your frame. The guide included with your download shows which file to use for each size.

At home, use your printer’s highest quality setting and a good matte or photo paper. For larger sizes, a local print shop or online photo printing service will give the best result. Colours can look slightly different on paper than on screen.

Download the file to your phone or computer, then use your TV’s app to add it to art mode. On a Samsung Frame, that’s the SmartThings app. Other art-mode TVs and displays have their own apps for adding your own images.

If a file won’t open, looks wrong, or isn’t what you ordered, send us a message on Etsy or email us at hello@wildgridstudio.com with your order number. We’ll send a working replacement as quickly as we can.
